As I sit down to write this, I feel excitement rise in my body. Something says yes. Something says this.
I’ve been a therapist and social worker for nearly 20 years. I love people. I love being of service. I love connecting with someone and walking beside them as they remember who they really are. That’s always been my purpose. Over last year, something shifted, expanded.
I sold the group practice I had built. I closed my 1:1 therapy work. I created space in my life without fully knowing what would fill it. It was not a strategy. It was a knowing.
And then Human Design found me.
I had seen the term before. Watched it float past on Instagram. I was curious, but not curious enough to dive in.
Until I was.
And the moment I did? Things clicked.
Human Design is a system based on your birth date, time, and location. Think of it as astrology meets psychology meets energy mechanics meets freeing your Self from living within an inauthentic life.

It reveals your energetic blueprint—your Type, Authority, and Strategy for living and making aligned decisions.
But it’s more than that.
It shows you how you’re wired to live, love, work, rest, lead, create, and thrive. It gives language to what you’ve always felt but could never quite name. And as someone who’s sat with hundreds of clients over the years, I immediately saw how this system speaks to the patterns, pain points, and protection mechanisms I’d seen in session after session.
When I learned I was a Projector, something inside me exhaled.
I felt validated. Seen. Relieved.

I understood why I couldn’t keep up with the world around me. My work has always felt rich and intense but my capacity was low. I loved doing two or maybe three sessions, three days a week.
It made sense why I always felt like I was swimming upstream, never quite fitting in.
Why I had a deep, penetrating awareness of others, but often struggled to feel seen myself.
Human Design gave me language for truths I had always felt but never articulated.
It didn’t give me new information. It gave me permission to trust what I had always quietly known.
Permission to stop pushing.
Permission to rest.
Permission to live in a way that honors my energy.
As a Splenic Projector with a 5/1 Profile, I’m here to offer practical solutions and deep insight—but only when invited. My energy isn’t made for the grind. It’s made for precision, clarity, and intuitive correction. I see what’s off. I guide people back to themselves.

And suddenly, all the years of client work, the intuitive hits I couldn’t explain, the exhaustion from overgiving, it all made sense.
Human Design didn’t replace my therapy background.
It has completed it. And, while it seems energetic, and mystical, not evidence based that’s the best part. I have always practiced at the line of science and spiritually, inviting both into my therapy room.
If this stirs something in you I would love to connect. Invite me to meet you for a coaching session. I’d love to see where it goes.
Thanks for reading,
Warmly,
Rachael.
If you’re curious about Human Design—especially if you’re a therapist, healer, coach, or space holder—I invite you to explore it not as a belief system, but as a permission slip.
It’s not here to box you in.
It’s here to bring you home.
If something in these words stirred something in you … if you felt seen, softened, or sparked … I invite you to reach out.
There’s no pressure. No push. Just presence.
You can send me a message, share your thoughts, or simply follow along if you are curious about where this journey leads. I trust the right invitations always find me.
Much love,
Warmly,
Rachael ♡︎
